All notifications (mentions) and direct messages (DM) are converted into cases when you connect a Twitter account.
Here’s where you can add a Twitter account: administrator account — “Channels” section — “Twitter” subsection. Then, click on the “Add Twitter account” button and confirm the connection in the window that appears.
Once an account has been added, you can edit the default settings:
